This liner definitely bleeds. It's a beautiful color however it does have you looking like a clown within an hour or so.

I've watched the TikToks, and seen Kylie Jenner do her thing, but I have never found a system that allowed me to comfortably and correctly overline my bottom lip until this one. I love this liner! I don't wear red very often, but when I do, I do it for evening, so a little overlining is fun for that. This liner is wider than most, so it makes a nice, uniform line that covers the bottom of my lip and a bit of the skin underneath in one stroke (I do apply concealer first to the lip line). It works great on my top lip as well (I don't overline that one). In fact, all I have to do is apply this as liner, apply gloss, smoosh my lips together a bit...et voila! A perfectly lovely lipstick application that takes only two tools and about 30 seconds to complete, and makes my lips look as plump and alluring as they can (I'm limited to what I'm working with here LOL). It also works great on its own...I just do the same process (without the overlining), and when I don't apply gloss over the top it stays on really well (but it's more dry than I like for everyday wear, so I put a little lip balm over it usually).I rarely give makeup products 5 stars, but this is great as it is. Factor in the price, and it's a total winner IMO. I'd definitely order this again (I'd love to try a more neutral color for those lengthy online Zoom meetings because it really doesn't budge when I apply it alone).

So, I've previously reviewed a different color of this product, that my wife has been using. This one, is being provided by my living at home college daughter:My daughter loves the color on this. While my wife tends to gravitate to softer, more neutral colors, my daughter leans towards very loud 'hard' colors. To that end, she's absolutely in love with this color.She's said the product does a decent job of keeping her lips moist, and loves the coverage of the product. But, as with my wife, she finds the shape of the product less useful for the lining of her lips. To quote her: 'At this point, I'm just going to use this as a lipstick'So, while she likes it (just as my wife likes the other one) they both are not fans of the shape, for lining their lips.Perhaps there's a use case, here, that Covergirl could include in the product.. because, for as much makeup they both do (both for personal use, and for providing their friends with makeup tips, tricks, and suggestions) they cannot find a really good use for this shape/design.Still, they're both happy with the color and coverage, so while it's not a complete win, it's still a good result.

I ordered the red, and it is pretty darn bold. I used it as a liner to overline my lips as I have a lip wrinkle that I have to overline. It's funny, because I've never overlined my lips until this random crack showed up on one side and I was so self-conscious so I started to to overline the liner over the lip crack and completely soaked up the crack instead of the lipstick going into it and I realized everybody thought I had gotten my lips done because of how much bigger my lips looked lol. It looks so much better, so I guess I made lemonade out of lemons. Anyway, this is incredibly thick. And I also used it as a full lip color and it is pretty dramatic when you do that. It really does last a very long time. I have figured out what I love is doing the full on lip then kind of rub it off a little bit (it doesn't come off easy and a lot will stay on) and I'll put a tinted lip gloss over it and my lips are fabulous. It's kind of too thick to just wear plain for me, so if I take off the bulk of it and leave the tint and put on the gloss, then I feel like I have really sexy and luscious lips. And I didn't start wearing a red lip until after 40, and I'm really feeling myself when I wear them. :0

This product is not bad but the color just does not match what is shown in the picture. That being said, I would say the quality of this product is okay. If it was not for the color, it would be good. It is pretty easy to apply. It does not take much to apply and does not look pasted on. The application piece is pretty nice. They are great for getting better and accurate detail. It does not look terrible at all if you're okay with a lighter color than what is shown in the picture. It did not smudge on and it did not take too long to dry which is nice. Overall this is a good eyeliner stamp to have. It is very easy to apply, looks great, and does not require too much time to dry. I actually like the way it adheres pretty well. That being said, it is easy to wash off when you need to. The tips is pretty well made and not worn down. Overall I think it would be nice if the color was a better match.
