Server Book for Waitress Waiter Book with Zipper Pocket at Back (Black with Zipper Pocket)

Maybe my expectations were high, but I was disappointed when this arrived. I decided to try it anyway. After using this server book at work for a full week (35hrs of serving) here is my feedback:The coin pouch on the outside is a perk! (And the only reason I bought it versus comparable significantly cheaper books). I hate having coins in my apron so it was a major thing for me when I decided which server book to purchase.The pen spot was/is totally useless. Any true busy server doesn't have time to fidget with putting the pen in and out of that spot.It is bulky feeling, because of the expanded binding for a pen. On the contrary, it's not heavy in weight.I HATE how tight the binding on the inside pocket is. It made putting my server note pad and receipts in the book a NIGHTMARE. They need to make those slip spots a little more flexible/expanded. Maybe even add one behind the server pad like some other server books do.All in all, it's not horribly useless since it can hold a server pad (after some struggle), hold receipts (again, forcefully) and has the coin pocket. But I would not recommend it to my co workers unless they strictly liked it for the coin spot, much less pay 20$ for it again. Disappointed.UPDATE: August 21st.I want to compliment the customer service team. They reached out to me almost immediately upon posting my review and wanted to ensure I was satisfied (whether by refund or offering to send pics of a new model they have coming out with updated features and even offered a discount for their updated model should I choose to purchase). Absolutely fantastic customer service. They truly care about making sure the product fits you well. If you have any concerns like I did, reach out to them. You will not be disappointed in their prompt and courteous service.

Is a little smaller than I expected, making it hard to fit some bigger papers in. Otherwise it seems great so far. Lots of different pockets to separate things: cash, order slips, etc. Also includes room for a pen or two inside and has a built-in coin purse on the back!UPDATE:Have been using this for a few weeks now and the smaller size has grown on me. I've started using the coin purse for cash instead and much prefer this. I've also been sent a couple of the protectors from the company and they add even more storage and versatility to this book. I'd definitely order another one in the future and appreciate the great customer service from this company!

I've had this book for 4 months now and I love it. I use it everyday at work, as a server my server wallet is my entire job. The coin pouch comes in handy everyday with other servers needing change and guests of course. It has slots for everything I need and I can keep my licences on me at all times. There is also a little clear slit behind the note pad where I keep my cheat sheet for pairing wines and other information. A great book, well worth the money!

Helps keep things organizedI've had this book for about a month now and am not sure how I feel about it. The most disappointing thing to me was the zipper breaking only after my first use and I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending back and waiting for a new one so I kept it but am going to try a different one. Another thing is that while all the pockets are awesome, they are on the tighter side so it's difficult placing receipts and such inside. I will give credit where do and the customer service team did reach out as soon as they found out and offered me half a discount which I still haven't received but I tonight it was nice as many companies don't care, they do seem to want your suggestions which is nice.

I’ve been using this book for 2 months now, fulltime as a pseudo-fine dining waitress. I LOVE IT and highly recommend. I was drawn to it for the change zipper on the back and it serves its purpose well! Another important element is having clear pockets on either side of the book so I can keep my notes and reminders readily available. It’s the perfect size, looks nice, and is comfortable to work with at tables. So far it’s been durable as well!

I use this product at my serving job. The zipper thingy needed to be pushed down because the gap was too big and it kept snagging, but now it works like a champ! I like that I can keep my bank separate from the restaurant's cash and I use the clear part to keep a picture of my kids with me to keep me motivated at work.

Love this book!!! Sadly the waitress paper refills my work provides does not fit this book, but Wal-Mart sold 5 packs for $6, and it's worth it!!!

For $17, doesn’t come with notebook or anything. Zipper is not the best quality. Book itself is cheap quality, thin plastic leather. Feels like a rip off, better going to Walmart/ a restaurant supply store. I never leave negative reviews but I was hoping for a better quality product, there were much more options on amazon for cheaper but I decided to pay more hoping for quality.
