To my surprise these have been working well even when the sensor is not facing the area with light. I was concerned that the sensor was not going to work because it would not face the light perfectly, but they work well. They are super bright at night and it is a sharp white not yellowish and actually makes the house look nicer at night. I hope these last long enough, but so far I am very pleased. So yes I would buy again.

I got the set of two just today and am already impressed by how bright both my porch and patio are. I was worried about the patio because my patio is shaded and the bulb’s sensor is turned away from light given the location of the light fixture, but it popped right on not five minutes after the front porch light. Seems like a great buy so far!

That work great, on at dusk, off at dawn. Only wish that they shined a darker shade of blue.

I've had this light for a couple days now. My deck has a roof, and my light fixture has light colored stained glass and the sensor works great through it. The brightness compared to an old-style yellow bulb is amazing. I would say 100 times brighter. Can't speak for the longevity because I only just put it in. I also like that the bulb is not glass and very light weight.

I like the added brightness it provides. I purchased this product for a little extra security when I am inside my house or away from home. As long as the switch is in the on position you don't have to worry about leaving or coming home to a dark exterior. Worth the money.

I by theses bulb to keep a light on my property at a decent electricity bill !10 bulbs all around , cost less than one single100 watt bulb !
