entrance size on the maxi is advertised in their photos as 39mm it actually measures 37mm. Had to return it.

The design and quality of this item are top notch. Very comfortable when on. The Maxi is the largest size and made for men slightly above average. 4in soft and 6.5in hard would be above average for the US. My only suggestion and the reason I gave a 4 star is I believe the inside tube should be more round rather than oval.

This is a knockoff of the actual Cobra line but I figured I'd try it since it's much cheaper and I was hoping the cage would be larger than the other devices I've seen on this site. I got their biggest size ("maxi") and, after a lot of work patiently getting inside, I found the cage just way, way, WAY too narrow to use for even a few hours (4"-5" flaccid, 8+" erect, don't know circumference sorry). The length on it is actually fine, even if a bit short, but this is even narrower than most of the "one-size" cages I've seen on this site (hence why it was so much work getting inside it in the first place).For the rings themselves, the largest of them is almost cartoonishly large, so there shouldn't be any size issues there for anyone. They come with 4 sizes, but the size difference between them is a bit much so you'll probably find yourself wishing you had a a size in between them.Oh well. Could have saved $50 if they had a sizing chart.
