I have used Biofreeze in both the roll on and the patches for quite some time now and really have enjoyed the benefits. Applied to my neck, shoulder, and elbow before golf and it helps the muscles and I have avoided pain during my round. It works great and the aroma is pleasing.

Working great!
I love that I starting seeing a small difference after a week or so. The product is also not greasy and has a nice smell. Just rub in gently as recommended into the affected area(s), So far it is making a noticeable difference!

The roll on is a good way to apply this.
It gives a icy cold feeling and numbs the pain. It seems to relax the muscles and is rather healing.
