I was going to an ASQ class with Linda. I saw this book and it was a bit cheaper than ASQ so I bought. turns out to be Indian edition but same material. This was only reference that was used to successfully complete CSQE exam.

An awesome index, really helps for the CSQE exam. I also had the Indiana Quality Council review book but the index in this book helped me quickly look up the answers to questions I did not know.

It’s better than reading a dozen different books, however the writing style could be improved. Because it’s a cut and paste from other sources the language does not flow. It’s like reading a math book. The paper stock was low quality which was a disappointment.

Does a great job explaining the concepts of the field and, should one desire, prepping for the CSQE exam with ASQ.
