The media could not be loaded. Came with faulty power switch. Stopped working completely after a month usage. While it produce good coffee and easy to use but what is the point if the machine is not durable and faulty?Those who are buying please know that they have poor customer support. I called to know the status of the complaint but they said the part (power switch) is not dispatched and they don't know when will it be dispatched. They had no idea on what is going to be a typical complaint resolution time.They don't have service center in your city. They are operating virtually on WhatsApp from somewhere in Kolkata. So part replacement or repair will take long time. If you are planning to buy then just pray it works.
