Fresh Lavender Incense

Disclaimer: I'm patchouli snob! I have a pretty extensive patchouli oil collection. I make soap, candles, perfume, etc. I remember the exact time I first smelled patchouli 30 years ago! Instantly fell in love. I had to know where my friend bought that incense she was burning and all the exact details! BTW, she bought it from the coolest hippie shack in Reno, NV. And I've been looking for that smell of incense ever since! I've tried many different incense companies and nothing came remotely close! So I had pretty low expectations when I ordered from this one. Smelling it strait out of the packaging I thought, "oh no, this smells like disapointment." Magic doesn't happen until you light it! These patchouli incense sticks are a very pleasant surprise and very close to what I remember from all those years back. Very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Calmveda products are the ONLY incense I buy. No headaches, burns right at 30-45 minutes, smells amazing even after burning out, and there is NO "charcoal included" and made from dried temple flowers. I also love, the different aromas in the variety packs. My favorites are the Patchouli, Sandalwood, Habana Cinnamon, and the 80's Nag Champa, and all of this and more in the variety pack! Enjoy!!!

The incense sticks light up easy and burn all the way to the end without going out. The ashes actually stick together and then eventually fall off when they are about an inch long. That keep them from making a mess which I like. They really smell quite delightful; however, if you are looking for the70s hippie head shop smell it is not there!! I will buy this brand again, BUT….I am an old hippie, and you never forget that smell. I will have just to keep looking.

This is the highest quality incense i have bought in a long time. Well made burns Well. Strong scent. If you want a high quality incense for a reasonable price. This is the one. I plan to buy some more different varieties of Calmveda incense to see if the quality continues with other varieties.

THIS ITEM DOES NOT PRODUCE A TRUE PATCHOULI SCENT BUT IS PLEASANT. PACKAGED WELL AND DELIVERED TIMELY, HOWEVER. PATCHOULI WAS THE RAGE IN THE 60S & 70s AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLICATE, IT SEEMS, TODAY. OILS MAY BE CLOSER TO THE ORIGINAL IF YOU CAN FIND THEM.

Smells good, not too overpowering.

Don't buy it. It's not even close to smelling like Patchouli.
