Was great, then stopped working
Bought this for my mom who has Parkinson's . It was a game changer in that it really helped with her runny nose. After a month even though we changed batteries, it stopped working consistently . Sometimes it wouldn't turn on sometimes only stay on for a second. It was so helpful I bought her another, but it says it should last for two years. I contacted bionette customer service about sending the first in for a replacement but they said I had to contact Amazon. Hoping someone will see this review and respond .

Best device to counter my allergies
Love this cute device to shut off my spring allergies. Just plop in two new batteries every year. Been using it for years -- so much cheaper than drugs.
