This was a bit pricy, but looks like good quality bag and hopefully will save money and bananas in the future.

This did not keep bananas fresh. They turned very black very quickly. I will be returning this for a refund.

I buy them when they still have a lot of green so they last a bit longer. Placing your bananas in this bright yellow bag helps to keep them ripe a bit longer - I didn't put all of my bananas in one bag only about 3 which is the number that go ripe too quickly for me to finish.The bag measures about 14 x 11 inches and looks like a regular insulated lunch bag inside. it has a drawing closure that cinches shut. I like this and will continue to use it. It does work.

This product does not work

I have been eating one banana a day. I usually buy one bunch that has 7-9 bananas. Before using this product, I would end up throwing away 2-3 banana's a week because they would be totally brown and dried out. I was getting frustrated until I came across this product. Since purchasing the bag, I also bought a banana hook to hang them, I can use every banana in the bunch now. I try not to get them too green because most of the time I'm out and end up taking one off the new bunch. Between the hook and the bag, I hang the bananas on the hook and then put the bag over the banana's hook and all. I close the bag and I and have been able to eat every banana without throwing any out.

I like keeps fruit and veggies flesh.
