The suction is too good, making it difficult to get off the tub. Not very comfy; the water keeps making the pillow rise. Not supportive and retains odour. I dry mine by using my grab bar as a drying rack. I suggest wiping it down with scented Lysol, and flipping it every other day. Wash with antibacterial soap after each use.
