Very nice attic fan. I was able to swap this one into where the old one was in a hour and a half. And it’s really quite.

Look elsewhere. I had this installed while putting in a new low-pitched roof. I had it running for less than a month until it started making noise. It sounds like bearings are already going. Had to disconnect it. I contacted the company and the warranty involves a lengthy process of sending the unit back first. Yeah, no. On a product like this they should be sending replacement motors right away to customers reporting failure.

Made my house 20 to 30 degrees cooler within a few hours and it felt like we had AC! Easily installed with basic electrical knowledge. Certainly worth it. The fan ran for basically 3 weeks straight during our hot spell and didn't burn up or anything.

It’s exactly what I wanted I bought it February 3 installed it sometime in April and today it is May 26 and the motor has quit working and there’s stuff falling out of it . The return window was in March so that means I got a one month guarantee . I suggest getting a different one if I were you. I’m a professional contractor, not a weekend warrior , when I say the motor is bad it’s bad.

Took Great Care Installing - Fan is running but vibrating due to out of balance fan blade - I hope motor bearings do not fail.

Just installed three of these today and I was very surprised at the quality and how quiet they are.We will see how long they last.

Very good fan It took along time to come.
