Fun all-around crawler
I finally caved and bought one of these after a year of seeing them online and Instagram. I have a pretty heavily modified SCX24 and a few TRX4M's, and this is by far the most fun out of the box. It's a little top heavy, but some brass portal covers helped that tremendously, and different tires made it grip like crazy. This is the truck I keep in my real truck daily in case I have a few minutes to spare. The low speed is great for crawling but the high speed is fast enough to zip around and just have a good time with.I'm not a big fan of the way the body clips on, but that can be fixed easily. It's also a great looking rig.For an overall fun truck to zip around and crawl with, you can't beat these.

FUN ‘LIL CRAWLER
I didn’t give crawlers a thought; until I bought this champ! The two speed transmission is great! So many options to modify the hell out of it. Eventually, I’ll have more money than what I paid for her!

Amazing! Easy to upgrade
I got my boyfriend this for his birthday and he loves it. Easy to do upgrades and has become his favorite RC car out of his entire collection

Appearance is amazing, but...
First off, the FCX24 Power Wagon looks awesome. For that reason alone, I feel it's a good product. It has a cool classic / aggressive look that prompted me to buy it. The portal axles are a nice touch, providing a little extra ground clearance that can be the difference between getting stuck and getting over an obstacle. The two speed transmission is pretty neat, it's the only rig I own with one, but I'm more in to crawling, so I find it to be a nice, but unnecessary feature. The roll cage and spare tire holder look cool, but add weight too far up for my taste, so I have not installed either. Now for the bad stuff...The body is a pain to remove. Body clips would degrade the scale look, so I don't fault FMS for leaving them off, but there's got to be a better, yet cost effective way to secure the body. Magnets would be my choice. Honestly, I would sacrifice scale appearance for easier access to the battery and electronics.Next issue: the Power Wagon is very prone to tipping. This is due to a combination of very springy shocks, the solid truck cab, and tall ride height, which all lead to a high center of gravity. You can replace the shocks or add some shock oil (which is what I did while waiting for my upgrades to arrive). The shock oil adds some dampening effect, which helps. The hard body cab provided most of the appeal to me for this rig, so I'll make the trade-off of appearance vs. performance, in this one instance. To garner further improvements, you'll need to add weight low down on the rig. I've added brass, which comes at additional cost. So far, I've added some off-brand portal covers and Injora high clearance brass links. Those together, along with a little shock oil, have greatly decreased my rig's tendency to tip over. Finally, I don't love the tires. They look kinda cool, but they are not great performers. I thought the paddle style design would work alright in my "clean mud" pit, but I was wrong. They lack the tread for climbing on the surfaces of my course, and the paddles are ineffective in slick conditions. I replaced them with some OGRC beadlocks and tires, and it's much better at both crawling and (clean) mud bogging. In conclusion, I love the way the FCX24 Power Wagon looks. It's stock performance as a crawler (which is my primary area of interest) is lack-luster, but I bought it with the intention of upgrading, so that's not a huge deal. I don't own "shelf queens", and I like wrenching on these little rigs, so I'll continue to make incremental budget upgrades. All in all, I really like it, but, if you're considering it, I would consider the issues that I've presented.

Excellent truck, excellent service from WOWRC.
This is a great micro crawler. Slow speed is very good, there's a bit of backlash in the drivetrain but that's the only downside I can tell.I had an issue with my order and WOWRC sorted it out quickly to my satisfaction, excellent service from them.Buy with confidence.

Big fun in a small package!
This little crawler is awesome right out of the box! Love everything about it. Big fun in a small package! My only complaint is the red paint on the red version. I was hoping that the red would’ve been more bright, like fire engine red. Instead it’s a darker deeper red, almost like candy apple with metal flake.Honestly, the color is growing on me, and would look great with some gold anodized aftermarket wheels in the future. Overall awesome little truck for the money!

Fun
Great little RC. Been a while since I was in the hobby. So I bought this to start out again. Had a traxxas tmaxx but nitro is messy and not suitable for indoors. The description says metal portal axles....nope all plastic. I guess that's the fun in it all is to upgrade as you go. This just gets you a platform to build off of. Very nice and seems well built.

Good, but…,
Super fun. Fast, but you are able to control speed well. Like the looks. Is a little unstable, but fine for rock crawling. Be careful with high-speed turns. To go backwards you have to pause which I do not like. You can’t just go from the forward position to the backward position. You have to go forward, pause, then backward. I REALLY do not like it that it is so hard to take on and off the top. I mean this alone really makes me question this purchase. It’s a real bummer because the rest of the car has so many positives. The clips do not work well and the top is always falling off. The on/off wire it really hard to keep secured in a way that lets you use it without removing the top. Also, the type of battery is not as long than most Lipos I have used. Makes it hard to secure the battery.
