I've had issues with other solar lights where I wound up buying newer 'more powerful' batteries that lasted considerably longer after being charged up. The batteries that I obtained were/are Ener gizing rechargeables that I purchased here at the A to Z store. 2300 mAH batteries if I'm reading through my past orders correctly. AA sized batteries. They were a drop-in replacement for the batteries used in the previously used (and still used in some spots around my home) solar lights. They made a world of difference compared to the originally included batteries which were down in the 600 mAH range and just lacked the extra oomph that those replacements provided.I was originally a little concerned that replacing or possibly replacing the batteries in these Solar Ground lights might not be so easy. I'm still a bit concerned about that, but it looks like it should be possible. Not quiet as easy as removing the little plastic door/cover over the battery in my other solar lights, but still should be possible here by removing the screws on the top cover and then accessing the internals here. I have posted the question for the seller/manufacturer to hopefully answer to confirm that batteries are user replaceable.In terms of light produced by these ground lights I am happy. Bright enough to help light a path which is really all that I needed. Also, of course, low to the ground and easily mowed over top of, helping to cut down on weed whacking that may be needed in my flower beds and yard areas.As I find out exactly how many hours these lights can run on a single day's sunlight (and charging) I may find myself even happier with these lights. I would definitely like to buy more soon and do consider these a pretty good deal. A single 8 pack order provides a fair amount of coverage as you can space these out every so many feet along the path way.

Some work some do not disappointed

They look nice but are a little too bright for shining directly up. My gazebo looks like it has a spotlight shining in it at night, and a ton of moths follow that light. I was using these to mark the back edge of the pavers so no one accidentally fell over the wall behind, but will look for something else. I don't want to keep confusing the moths, so will save these for winter use along our sidewalk.The stakes seem flimsy and I'm not using them. The lights do not sit perfectly flat on the pavers where I have them because the switch on the back sticks out a bit. I don't foresee that being a problem unless someone mistakenly steps on one during the day. So far they have reliably come on at dark, are still brightly lit when I go to bed, and about half are still feebly shining in the morning when I get up. One of them did arrive with a crack in the plastic, shown in photo. If they suit your needs they seem to be decently well made, and the stainless does look nice.

The media could not be loaded.  These lights are very pretty when set up, I will definitely be buying more but the downside is that the support on them is very fragile so you have to be very careful when setting them up because they will break easily, as I was pushing one down they messed up the lights that’s how fragile they are. But once all set up they look beautiful

These are unique in that they are very easy to install, put up with being run over by the lawn mower or a foot pretty easily, but they do end up rusting and not lasting that long. I don't know if any company has solved that issue, but keep that in mind if you get them-- they may not last much more than a season in some situations.

These are the cutest little landscape lights! I bought some a year ago that are still lighting up pretty bright at night, but a couple had gotten smashed by landscaping equipment so I needed more. We have a few pathways in our yard and these light them up well without looking ridiculous because they're flush with the ground. They let off a very nice warm white light as well that doesn't have that fluorescent look because that drives me crazy.

If you're looking for a just a little extra light, sort of an accent, these are great - easy to use - take them out of the box, put them in the ground where you want them, and let solar power do the rest! The say it's a "warm" light - just means that it's not too intense - not super-bright. But it's a nice glow of a light, helpful in those dark places. Waterproof and you can sink them down a little into the ground if you're going to have to run over them with a lawnmower - wouldn't recommend it, but if you had to, just make sure they're low enough! Love that they come in a pack of 8 - anything less than that just wouldn't be enough.

I have been looking for flat solar lights for a while. I found them. Exactly what I needed. Simple design, but yet stylish, produce enough light. The color of the light is good too, not too yellow, not too white.
