This seasoning is amazing. I’ve tried to make the recipe by nom nom paleo but it doesn’t compare to this. I’ve been using this for years on chicken and it give it the best ever.

As long as this seasoning is available, I will be buying it. I put it on everything!! The flavor is indescribably good and extremely versatile. Eggs? Sprinkle this on. Rice? Shake it on. Steak? Rub it in. Pizza? Oh yeah!! My favorite seasoning EVER. 1000/10

Apparently I misread the label thinking this was a NO SALT product. My mistake. Dr. says I’m too sensitive to salt and must reduce the amount I use. So just be warned, read the ingredient labels carefully if your Dr. Has told you something similar. Having said that I’ve found that ground and powdered mushroom products do give a wonderful flavor burst when used in certain recipes because of the umami factor.

Used this seasoning in my mushroom soup and it was elevated to a whole other level...highly recommend

While the author of Nom Nom Paleo does provide the recipe for this spice/mushroom blend, it's way less work to order it. A little goes a long way (so I'm sending some back to college with my son who loved this in a spare ribs slow cooker dish)

I have been addicted to this stuff since I found it in Whole Foods SF years ago. It's amazing to sprinkle on almost everything. It's been a godsend the last four months as I've been on a calorie deficit and eating boring foods...this stuff makes boring food exciting. I hope one day they decide to sell this product globally, as I now live in the UK and order truck loads of this stuff when I visit home in the US. PS- I love the new added top that makes sprinkling the product easier. A little goes a long way.
