A very nice option to store your expensive musical gear
This box is a very light way to make a custom molded carrier for nearly anything you could think of that's small enough to fit inside of it. The interior size is 12.1 x 9.9 x 4.9 inches which I found to be accurate. I'm using it for a couple of pedals, some headset microphones, and my main microphone. There are essentially little rectangular plugs that you can pull out of the foam interior to create a void to hold nearly anything. It comes with a grid that you can use to line up all of your things before you start pulling out the little plugs. Once you're happy with lining up all of the stuff on the grid (and you've made sure you're less than 4.9 inches deep), you can start pulling out the plugs.I found it somewhat difficult to pull out the first plug, but once I got it out, I could just run my finger along the side to start pulling them away from the ones I was leaving.Luckily, I decided to sort of create an outline by pulling out all of the plugs on 2 sides and leaving the middle intact. You'll likely need some of those bigger pieces to line the bottom of your hole with because the bottom isn't eggshell padded like the top is. Once I had the hole the size I wanted it, I used some of the larger chunks I pulled out on their side to fill in the space on the bottom of the hold to hold my things up near the top of the hole.I then repeated that process for all of my other things.I can't describe exactly what this is made out of. The shell seems almost like a plastic cloth if that makes any sense, and it's very similar to the case that you'd get with a Shure Wireless system if you're familiar. It seems very durable and stiff enough to be comfortable with whatever you'd put into it, but it is slightly bendable. That could be good, or bad depending on your perspective. If it's good enough for Shure, it's good enough for me though. The closure is a zipper, which seems very durable, but as with any zipper - only time will tell how well it holds up. I plan on gigging this thing, so I'll update this as time goes on. I have zippers on other things, and they've been fine for years, so it's entirely possible that will never be an issue. The one thing that's slightly strange to me is that it doesn't sit flat when you put it down with the handle on top because the zipper is so thick. Not a huge deal for me because I seldom will set it like that.Overall, I think this is pretty good value for the money. If you have something somewhat expensive that you'd like to keep in good shape while you move it around, this is a very good choice.

Customizable enough to be more of an "anything" case, but definitely a great microphone case
So, when you open this case up, it's filled up with what at first appears to be a solid block of foam - if you look closer, though, the foam is divided into very small squares that you can pull out to clear an opening of whatever size you want (see picture). There's a paper template inside that you can use to measure your items - in my case a couple of microphones and cables - and pull out just exactly the right amount of foam squares that they fit in. Otherwise, once you've got it customized the way you want it, it's perfect - the case itself is lightweight but sturdy enough to provide good solid protection against jostling.

Cool case, but overpriced.
This case is pretty decent. It’s shell is a somewhat hard, but pliable material. I think it would do a decent job of protecting whatever you choose to store in it, but the price of this thing is ridiculous. I was fortunate enough to to get this through the Amazon Vine program, but if I had paid $60 for it, I would have been disappointed. Especially when you consider that you can find a pelican type hard case of the same size for $45 from Harbor Freight. I’d say if the price on this product were at about $30 it would be a great deal.

Nice case.
This case is durable and great protection for anything you would like to put into it. It's well built and the foam being able to be customized to fit whatever you'd like to put into it is a nice feature. It's held up well to the use of a mobile DJ business and has kept some of my more expensive equipment safe. It's worth the money especially for the protection it provides.

Sturdy & dependable
Got some mics I wanted to protect, and this case worked perfectly. It held them, and the wireless controller. I haven't had the nerve to test it; by dropping it, but I can tell it's sturdy, from the outside casing, and the inside foam. I've used many cases before, and this was a great value
