I trust Douglas labs vitamins. They seem to have high potency and efficacy.

Works well! Tried this brand bc it’s cheaper than the brand I usually use which I don’t understand as both of these companies are as a few years ago owned by Nestles (yes the cracker/cookie company 🤦🏻‍♀️).

I am using this product to help restore my hair after losing a lot of it from using methotrexate for arthritis. I also use folic acid to help. My doctor recommended this. Since adding biotin 2x daily I have seen reduced hair loss and some regrowth. It’s easy to take - no aftertaste, side effect, indigestion, etc. and product arrived quickly in good condition.
