This is a very nice hot tub for the price. Needs 6 awg wire but only draws 29a. Very conservative and makes me believe it could be used outside in the cold (real cold - snow etc.) with less problems.If you order the 240v unit the heater is adjustable to high power. If you order the plug and play unit (120V) and adjust it to 240v - then no high power heater. The shipped unit came on a pallet and at 500lbs was a challenge to put in place.

Very nice hot tub. Packaged poorly has slight damage to outside. The light button doesn't work very easily to turn the lights on. Jets are very powerful. Filled and heated very fast.

We purchased 6 of these hot tubs and overall they are a great value and are decent hot tubs. However, be aware that there is a major issue with the warranty and the relationship between Amazon and Essential Hot Tubs/Strong Spas. A month into owning one of the hot tubs a leak occurred at one of the light fixtures. When we contacted the manufacturer with the serial number for the hot tub we were told that it was a used item sold by Amazon and it was not under warranty. Turns out that 2 of the 6 hot tubs that we ordered were not under the 2-year manufacturer warranty because they were purchased by Amazon to keep in stock and then sold to us as a third party buyer, which voids the warranty. This information is no where provided by Amazon or the Essential Hot Tub Store when you purchase the hot tub and it does not seem like either company wants to remedy the issue, but rather are each focused on blaming the other.

Arrived on time. Have had several used hot tubs over the years. I was looking for simple, affordable and new. This tub checks all the boxes. Not as well insulated as I would like, will consider adding more before winter. Everything works as described .

Has bubbles in acrylic in one seat for 5000 dollars it should be perfect

So far this thing has been great. Had a warranty issue with the high jet mode on the pump, but they fixed me up quickly. Some check valve was stuck shut with glue. Other than that…it’s been a 5 star experience!

There isn't any real assembly for the hot tub itself. Moving it into place was a lot easier than I expected despite its weight. I love the multicolored lighting. There are enough jets. The built-in cooler is fun but not well insulated. This model has a sleep and eco mode in addition to standard so you can control how much power it pulls. I think the filtration system could probably be better. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and use it several times a week.
