This product has significantly reduced the stomach acid I would feel after a normal caffeine filled coffee. Each morning I am able to grind the bean for Freshness and the roast was so delicious. Its a deal worth paying for.

I had been very happy with my Four Sigmatic Think coffee; however due to the effects of caffeine, I decided to switch to a decaf. Since most coffee has mold and mycotoxins, I was looking for a brand that was certified mold and mycotoxin free. There are some brands that mention it if you look hard enough on their site, and there are some that do promote their coffee as mold-free, but the majority of them don't do testing and have certification on their site. Assuring that your coffee is mold and mycotoxin free is an ongoing process that needs to be tested on a consistent basis. Purity is one of the few brands I found that actually does this. And of course, I wanted decaf that was Swiss water processed, so there would be no chemicals. And of course, it's organic as well. All of these are very important factors for me, but then so is taste. And finding a coffee that met those 3 qualities and also tasted good proved to be a challenge. While I do wish they'd come out with a dark roast decaf (I like a really strong, deep roast flavor), this makes a delicious cup of bulletproof coffee for me in the mornings. I was also glad to discover that they sell it in a 5 pound bag, which makes it a little more economical. I highly recommend this coffee.

I had to update my review. The first time I made it it says to use more course grounds in my pour over and it tasted like crap. Then I made it in a regular coffee pot and it still sucked. I ended up grinding it so it was a fine grind and used the pour over with a brown coffee filter and it worked great. Great flavor, I'm happy now.

Acidic. Less flavorful than “Ease”. However, a better DECAF than others.

Good flavor. I have drinking this for a year now. I love it. I was worried that it was going to be hard to switch to something that was clean and free of all the mold and toxins, but it is so good. A little pricey but worth it.

Best coffee I have had!

I needed a decaf coffee that would be safe, organic, clean , and have an amazing taste! This coffee checked every box! Highly recommend! Their described coffee notes: Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Sweet Red Apple Like Mild Acidity PERFECTION!!!!! I add a little honey and sweet cream creamer.

It's not easy finding a coffee brand that cares so much about not only it's customers' health but also the environment and the farmers who grow the coffee. Now I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I think this decaf is really delicious and high-quality. I'd love to see more cafes using Purity in the future!
