The board worked!
Though it took a bit of time to get to the issue we are happy to say, the Board did fix the problem. Not really thrilled we had to take the new product apart and fix it but will consider that before buying any more. God Bless and stay safe.

Great price. We bought 4. So far so good.
We loved the price and now we love the jack. it is working perfectly for us. Fast, flexible, easy to operate, and a pretty good-looking jack.

Not happy Drive Wheel wears out
The unit does not last long under heavy loads. The drive wheel wears out and cannot unit can not move front or back.Customer service is awful. Called, emailed no reply Only had unit for 4 months. Looking for parts can't find a drive gear. Even if Stark won't replace at least let me know where to get the parts.
