Boss Fight Studio The Phantom, King Features Comics Power Stars Collectible Action Figure – Retro-Style Figurine with Accessories, Detailed Sculpting, and Custom Artwork Blister Card – 5” Tall

So let me start off with saying for the price this is a great "collectible" figure. The packing is very bright and vibrant and it scales very well the both the old Kenner and new McFarlane Super Powers Figures. I see a lot of the complaints are based on the price or play-ability. First of all this is a collectible figure made for adult or teen collectors not kids so of course it's not going to hold up to play very well. As for the price, less than $25.00 for any collectable action figure in this market is great! Also keep in mind Boss Studios is a small toy company making a "niche" product which means that they could charge 20% - 30% more if they wanted to. All in a great figure to add to your collection

First, the positives of this figure: I loved it! I loved the sculpt and paint job, and the backing card was evocative of the old (and even new) Super Powers figures, so displaying The Phantom with those figures works perfectly. Boss Fight did a great job with this one. Nostalgia at it's finest. I just wish the price tag wasn't as high. No average, middle-income father is going to be paying $21.99 for his young kid just to watch him or her play rough with it like I did when I was a child. I get that Boss Fight is an independent company and they have costs to cover, but it would be nice to see the $21.99 tag could come down some. Actually, if you compare to Boss Fight Studio's website, you actually save $1.00. This figure came in the same box as the Boss Fight Studio Power Stars: Flash Gordon Action Figure that I ordered, and oddly enough, the figure's bubble was not attached to the card at all. In fact some collector's might be fine with this if they didn't want to chance damaging the card removing the figure. I mean the card was completely clean as if the bubble was never attached. The biggest irritant was that the figure is supposed to come with two hand guns, and one of them was missing from the bubble. I checked the box and all of the packing, and no gun to be found. I really hated letting this figure go to send it back, taking the chance that another might no longer be available, but I wasn't going to pay the inflated cost for this figure and not have it be complete. The 3 Star rating is NOT for the figure itself, only the circumstances. I would give the figure 5 Stars easily. Hopefully the new one will look just as nice. I chose the return for a full refund option, then quickly ordered another one so I didn't take the chance of him being sold out. The money was refunded the same day I dropped the figure off at the UPS store, so that was a nice surprise. I look forward to getting the second figure this week and will post a review accordingly. If you are a fan of this character from the Golden Age, I suggest that you pick one up while supplies last. UPDATE - The video is of the second ordering of this figure. No problems, everything complete. Great figure!

I don't know if I would have found it but I should have read the details better as I thought this action figure was a 10 or 12 inch and it's just a six inch. I found much better figures of this superhero much bigger for a cheaper price so I feel a bit robbed by the price.

I purchased this item think it would be a high end collectable. But was pretty disappointed in hand. Worth $5 Max. Came in satisfactory time and it was shipped well for an amazon item.

Desde hace años colecciono figuras y cómics de El Hombre Enmascarado / The Phantom. debo decir que de todas las piezas que han sacado Boss Fight Studio o Neca esta es mi favorita. Será por la nostalgia del jueguete de antes, tipo Super Powers, pero todo en ella es perfecto, desde el esculpido, los colores o el cartón del blister. Espero poder conseguir al Zorro también! Lástima que el plástico del blister llegó despegado y unido al cartón con cinta adhesiva!!! y sin una de las armas. Ya veré como reponerla... En conclusión: excelente figura, pésimo servicio de envío.

Llego abierto. Al momento de doblarle una rodilla se rompió. Es una basura. si llego a tiempo, incluso antes de lo prometido, pero la figura es de muy baja calidad
