This thing doesn't take up much room, and it does the job. High quality for the price point. I'm 5'11" and I can stand up inside.

Was a bit tough to stretch the fabric over the frame and it would be nice if the remote had a clearer light for the foot pad. Also the foot pad gets super hot to where it almost burns your feet so I just set it to the side and keep it on to get maximum heat. Does the job I’m glad I got it .

Very hot. Easy set up. Heats up quick. Might be small for some but can use without chair and sit on a towel. Great option to reap the benefits of a personal sauna at an affordable price.

I bought this in early December 2022, and it has completely stopped working. When it was sent some of the heat panels were backwards, but I made it work. Also since I've been using it the thin reflective layer had slowly been stripping off. Just yesterday (May 18th 2023 less than 6 months later) it shut off in the middle of me using it. A couple of months ago the remote disconnected but it just got unplugged and it was an easy fix. I checked that again this time and it connected, I checked the wires they're all connected as well. The thing has just stopped working. I liked it while I was using it but I haven't moved it or taken it apart since I've had it, so it has to be something not working with the heating system itself. I'd really like to keep using it, the sauna itself was good for the price but now that it doesn't work 6 months is pretty disappointing.(EDIT): They sent me a new board to make the panels work again and it now works. I did have to install it myself which I wasn't completely comfortable with but the support was quick to respond.(EDIT, EDIT): 6 months later and now the footpad and the right panel no longer work. The panel made a strange noise a few day ago and went out, the footpad went out at the same time.

This is advertised as an infrared sauna. It is not. Infrared uses light to penetrate the body and does not heat the air to warm your body. This sauna has 3 large heat pads that you hook up and they heat the air inside. There is a temp sensor inside to monitor this. It does a great job. I spent 45 min in mine the first time and I sweat massively. I started at 105 then increased to 110, then 115 and finally 120. It says it can go to 140. 120 was more than enough for me. Directions for set up are poor. Be patient pay close attention to illustrations and how parts are marked. It took me about 45 min to set it up the first time. I would be able to do it much faster now. Learn the remote you will be happier. The 31.5 inch square footprint feels small. Fortunately I'm not claustrophobic. Drink lots of water before, during and after.
