Well what can I say it's like launch control at rocket school it's is so dangerous You Can not control the scooter it is either full on or stop and as for customer service it just doesn't exist and I quote if you do not like it return it to their place and at my cost if I could of given minus score I would totally dissatisfied and it's a shame nice looking scooter had the potential but with the after sale service give it a wide missUPDATE Scooter has been picked up and refund issued minus £250 pick up feeBUYERS BEWAREAmazon has stated I am covered buy their A to Z guarantee
