very fragile temp probe easily broke
got the temp probe wet, shook it back and forth quickly- JUST the metal part, and all of the sudden it was reading 54c at room temp and keep it up.Before that, seemed about 1c high on average.

An excellent high-accuracy thermometer. I would only suggest adding an on-off switch.
