Unfortunately, I could not take thos beyond 1 day because it made me violently ill gor a few days. Needless to say, I gave the product 4 stars because it failed to mention that I needed to over-indulge in water and I believe that is why I got sick...I only consumed my normal amount of eater. In only one day...within minutes of taking the pill I felt full/not bloated but full and not hungry, i developed detox bumps on my neck the next morning, the pill flushed off a lymphedema bulge pocket on my thigh and had me using the restroom every hour. I did lose 9 lbs that week but I believe that was because I got sick after taking the pill. Right now I'm scared to try the pills again but I may try in the future but with gallons of water a day.

I took these for a week. My skin cleared up, my face cleared up, and my skin was super bright. These made me sick by the 2nd week. I felt like sleeping all the time and I was very nauseous. I stopped taking them and now I have energy again. Idk why the tablets made me feel so awful. I also was drinking a lot of fluids to flush my kidneys.

I got it due to a friend saying to try it and I did, it works and usually these things that are supposed to work do not. Best thing is you don't taste it or feel it like some items like fish oil or garlic supplements.

I like the gummies. The pictures showed gummies but I got tablets! Not the same!
