Great looking mirror, but can't be tilted upward very far.
I like this mirror, it is bigger than my original mirror, and matches it closely in terms of styling. Nobody can really tell I replaced it, which is nice. Some other mirrors out there are big and bulky, and look out of place in newer cars. My only real gripe about this mirror is that it doesn't have a great deal of upwards adjustment - it can't be tilted as far up toward the headliner as my original mirror. Thats just the way the ball/ socket joints in the adjustable arm are designed. If you dont have a car with a short little cabin and windshield like mine and you're short like I am, it won't be a big deal. My friends who are taller than I am have commented that they have to lower the seat to get a good view out the rear window, because the mirror is maxed out in it's upward setting. The display can be seen in bright sun, but my car has tiny windows and a dark, black interior. For cars with a lot of glass, it may not be bright enough. I did not buy the set that includes a camera, so I can't speak to that. The install difficulty will vary greatly depending on the make and model of the car its going into. Install into my 2013 Camaro was not easy, but that's not the mirrors fault. Some cars already have 12v switched power and ground provisions in the factory mirror wiring harness. Mine didn't, and I had to run an add-a-circuit fuse and a bunch of additional wiring to power it. My rear interior had to come out to conceal the video signal cable in a way that it didnt run parallel with high voltage/ draw cables as my battery is in the trunk. A pain in the butt, but worth it to maintain good video signal.

The reflection from the mirror basically makes the rearview monitor video useless...
I've now tried three of these mirrors with the rearview cam monitors in them, and one thing is apparent... they're most likely made by the same manufacturer, but marketed by different sellers. I initially thought that different vendors might produce product that had less glare, but that's not been the case. I've tried the "Echomaster" from Best Buy, the Boyo VTM35M, and I am now evaluating this one... the VTM43FL (frameless). All three are basically the same construction. The mirror glass and the monitor are the same. The LCD monitor sits behind the mirror glass. As far as build quality and aesthetics, they're both good. Also fits well in my 14 Corolla. Now for the pros and cons:PROS:1. Mirror is good quality and the view is good, but a little dark.2. With the VTM43FL, you're not restricted to viewing the rear camera only when the car is in reverse... you can select either video 1 or video 2 with the car in motion, which is a plus.3. The pre-attached mount will work with most vehicles. I didn't have to change anything for my car.CONS:1. Glare and reflection. In the daytime in a parking lot, or in traffic, it's very difficult to see the rear cam video, and that's because the monitor sits behind the glass, so the mirror reflection pretty much takes over and renders the video monitor practically useless. You have to have a solid background like the roof of your car if you want a clear image. In other words, you will probably have to move your head here and there to see a clear image. And as I mentioned before, it really doesn't matter which "brand" you get, it seems to me like these mirrors are all made by the same actual manufacturer. As an example, look at Boyo's website visiontechamerica.com, and then go to Rostra and look at their mirrors. It's the same construction, same buttons, and even the same remote.2. The VTM43FL has a very annoying "splash screen" each time you turn on the car. It has BOYO in huge letters, and even though it doesn't last but a few seconds, it's very annoying and I wish it wasn't there... it's a distraction.Result: I will most likely end up returning. My 14 Corolla already has a factory cam that shows via the OEM radio when in reverse, with zero glare or reflection. I had hoped to "move" the image to the rear view mirror... just personal preference. I was able to actually do this with a simple wiring harness made by PAC, which I won't go into that, but it did work. And a final note. I have read several reviews about Boyo mirrors not having proper instructions, and all the reviews are spot on. Boyo's instructions aren't very good. One of the main complaints is that for several of Boyo's mirrors, they fail to instruct about the green wire. There are three actual wires: red, black, green (besides the two video cables). The ideal wiring is: Red to 12V accessory to provide power when the car is on, ground is obvious, and green to the car's reverse circuit so that the rearview cam is automatically displayed when the car is in reverse. But anyway, it's not worth $100 when the mirror reflection basically makes the rearview monitor useless.

Great fit, easy install.
Great mirror. I like the adjustable lines feature. I adjusted to width of my vehicle to aid while parking with parking lines.
