I love this pre-workout drink. It's tasty, easy to mix, and gives me just the right amount of energy. I want to drink it several times a day but must remember the goal is pre-workout. I have only tried the drink twice. It is good tasting which is important for first thing in the morning. It is too early to tell how it works.
