What more could you ask for! I drink a glass of water and 20 ounces of coffee and eat my All Bran...and voila!Just what I'd hoped for! A daily bowel movement! Perfect!

Allergic
I ate Kelloggs all bran original for decades. The current serial does not look anything like the original that I was eating and I had a severe allergic reaction. Kellogg’s has been of no assistance. The product is now made in Mexico, and I believe they were manufacturing in the UK I can’t find out what they’ve added, that I am allergic to which gives me severe abdominal pain.
