The useful parts are the syringe and thin tubes (which I think is all repurposed medical equipment) and the valve core remover. One tube is rigid and straight, and perfect for inserting into a valve with its core removed. The other is flexible, and plenty long enough to make it easy to operate the syringe.One valve I used it on must have had a small hole in its base, and didn't allow the rigid tube to pass all the way into the tyre cavity. It still filled fine, however. The whole operation was very clean and easy, with no spilled sealant at all.The valve core remover works fine, but might be redundant if you already have one. I'm not sure why two extra valve cores are provided, since any tubeless valve will come with cores, but they've gone in a spares box.

I have a few of these for adding tubeless sealant to my bike wheels. What I find with the others is I get a lot of pressure build up when injecting the fluid because they attach to the valve. As soon as you remove it you get covered in sealant.The tube on this one goes down through the valve into the tire makes it much easier to use and less mess.Plus if you want to remove a tire you can but this down the valve and suck out any remaining sealant before you remove the tire.
