My sign is SO Lovely! I purchased a custom pink neon "Florisr" sign for my flower shop, and LOVED it, till it completely stopped working about 3 months later. I messaged her the sellers ,,and they were quick to answer and friendly. The had a replacement to me within a week or 2 , without me having to send the other back. OUTSTANDING customer service! And the sign is SO BRIGHT on the highest setting. The pink is a fuscia pink color. Super HAPPY

This was a special purchase for I and my husband. I actually was very excited for its arrival. The light flashed on and off when plugged in and then on but for maybe thirty seconds and now will not turn back on. (also it is not the color I ordered)~It is white and I ordered warm. the booklet says to contact the seller; but there is no contact info and the options on amazon go to noone from the seller. I contacted amazon for help and I'm hoping this can be resolved smoothly. The neon sign printed out beautifully; but whats a sign that doesnt light up? Again, this was to be a special purchase which is why we spent the money. I will update this post with whatever the outcome is.

Soo, I wanted a sign for my husbands office for fathers day- I had two weeks to get the order in, maybe even one. I got pricey quotes from neon companies here in LA, and struggled on pulling the trigger to order, since it was $1,000.00.. So I went to Amazon. Thank goodness I took a chance with this company. The cost was a fraction of the other quotes, so I had low expectations. Also, my husbands logo was unique-- and there wasnt a way to connect to the seller..i sent emails and comments to the seller however I could to explain how to create it-- as it wasnt just a simple word. When it arrived, I was FLOORED. They not only got my messages ( without even confiming they got the emails/comments on how to make his logo unique), but it was perfectly done. My husband - who is a brand guy- LOVED it. Even if its not his custom font, its super close and the fact that they nailed it - I was over the moon. High ratings for this product- we both were SUPER happy.

It's nice looking, kids love it on our wall in the basement but the wires get tangled easily, it is not greatly made for the money and I feel like the switches could break at any time. The changes with color are neat, but the wires mashed up hanging down don't look great.
