How can I trust that the screws will not loosen on my vertically installed handle allowing the bar to slide out and break the tile floor?

I'm quite impressed with how this is thought out. The installation screws tightens the bar screws down tightly. As long as the tile is flat on the mounting area, I would trust it. I would highly recommend them.

Can I buy the pins separately ?

Everything came together in a set with bar and pins

Any suggestions for other hardware like towel holders to match these? Have tried numerous things and none are even close to this color.

If you go to amazon and search Champagne Bronze towel racks/ or holders, there are alot that come up from the delta brand. They are pretty much the exact same color. Hood this helps.
