Lighthouse Lures Mega Bite Max Shad Swim Baits 6oz Amazing for Lingcod, Halibut, Pike and Rockfish

I had heard these were good for lingcod, but I was totally blown away by how effective they were! I took one out with me today on the Oregon coast and dropped down in 100’ of water- I had my limit of 2 lings in about 30 minutes (Including my personal best, almost 30lbs) and caught 4 more keeper size while targeting other species. This lure has great action, held up well to their teeth, and just plain works.

My friend pulled this out while rockfishing in Northern Cal to test out. i was really skeptical as we are used to fishing rigs with squid. in the next 1 hour, we pulled out 3 monster Lingcod. Everyone was amazed, including me. unbelievable lure for Lingcod. cant wait to see what elsemonster fish it produces.

Works well on lings. Used scent and harvested a couple good ones. Found the teeth on lings are brutal on the rubber. Use them when the large females are in. Too expensive for the smaller males

Fished these for the first time yesterday. With in forty five minutes I had a nine pound lingcod on the deck. It was picking up all kinds of rock cod too. Ordering more, before you tackle horders do:)

These shad lures swam great and presented themselves well to the fish. I haven't done much fishing with them this winter but I will this next spring and summer.

I caught my first Lingcod on this jig within 1 minute of dropping it down! I really like the second hook...

Perfect for rockfish of the coast of San Francisco/Point Reyes. Having that rear hook is a must when getting short bites.
