WIKDAY Resistance Bands for Working Out with Door Anchor

These resistance bands have been great for adding adjustable resistance to workouts. I like that there is a wide range of tension available, which makes them useful for different movements and different strength levels. That adjustability is what stands out most to me, because it makes the set more versatile than having only one or two bands. I have not had any complaints so far and they have done what I need them to do. If you want a band set with flexibility for different exercises, this has been a good one.

It’s been holding up quite well. I keep mine in the garage so no sun damage or issues. Colors seem to be holding on strong! They’re easy to use and perfect for recovery or stretching or even adding resistance. No instructions are needed.

I am starting to workout at home. PT recommended that i buy some resistance bands to help as a starting base to working out and losing weight. I chose these bands because they were affordable and come in different colors for the different resistance weights. This gives great versatility when working out.. The thicker bands give a stronger resistance, and the smaller bands giver less. Just slip the one end to a door frame and you can easily attach the bands and workout from any door.

These are life changers. I love how easy it is to work with them. The resistance is really good. I do wanna say that if you’re doing some hard training to be careful because it will snap overtime.

Best purchase I’ve ever made, I now live and work far from a gym, so most of my workouts these days are at the playground. This significantly increased the possibility of what I can do and how far I can go, while also helps me improve my calisthenics skills. Only sad thing is that I wish I bought the set with the heavier band.

When I first bought these, I overheard how band training could speed up muscle growth and saw someone else using these bands so I said why not and bought these. Out the box I loved them and used them I got more into heavy lifting and forgot about them. 8 months down the line, I used them for improvement on more movement I couldnt do full body weight on. I weighed 230 then, now I weigh 195 and carry these bands everywhere. MY HONEST REVIEW: the lemon is 110% worth the squeeze. I bought these in 2022 and we are in September of 2023. These all but my red band (which I use full weight and more on) IS NOW CRACKING, its not from product research or age but from use. Products are not going to last forever, especially on those products that are under 100-200% load nearly 5x weak thats impossible. Buy these if you want a durable band. After 2 years of use, I highly recommend.

Horrible product experience. I had the same experience that many others did: the VERY first time I attempted to use the heaviest band (red color) for band assisted pull-ups, it snapped immediately on my first rep, straight out of the box. Terrible quality bands and all of the bands had a nauseating chemical odor that immediately accosts you when you open the individually wrapped bands. The seller writes both on the product page as well as in the instruction manual that their is a lifetime money back guarantee and to "let them know if you are at all dissatisfied," yet they provide no contact information whatsoever nor make themselves available to contact through their Amazon page. Also, as just another indication of how little attention to detail the seller has put into this product: their instruction manual is absolutely riddled with spelling errors, typos, and is pretty much nonsensical. This was a complete waste of time and money, and the seller seems very shady. Strongly advise you avoid this product.

Honestly the price point for these are real nice. You can get a lot done with bands, and these are no exception. The rubber on these doesn't feel cheap or smell of strong chemicals, doesn't feel like it'll break even under high tension, no sign of stretch deformation, from the highest resistance (red) to the lowest (yellow). Resistance feels consistent and not shaky even on the lower end ones, I don't feel like it'll lose grip and snap back at me, and the included door stop anchor is brilliant and simple. My elderly mom uses them to restore mobility as she's lost a lot of muscle strength, and they give her a great, safe stretch. If you need bands, get a pack of these and move on!

Vraiment très pratique avec la possibilité d'utiliser une porte pour tenir le l'élastique. Même chose pour les bandes en continu, beaucoup plus facile que de faire un ou des noeuds pour refermer.
