Hard shoes baby rather chew on them while teething than wear them. They were made poorly to big!!

I got these for a 4 month old for her blessing outfit. I have a few pairs of baby shoes that are a size 1 so I knew what to expect for size. I got these and they were size 1 but at least two sizes too big. They just fell off her. I didn't have time to exchange so she went without shoes for the blessing. Bummed.
