100% functional - Great product
I'm very impressed that it meets all of the functional requirements. First time, everything worked!Source: Mac Book Pro M2 with two USBC ports with cables for the 2 HDMI cables and the USB connectionNetwork: 82' Cat 7 cableReceiver:HDMI 1: HDMI to VGA converter with Audio connecting to a KVM switch which shows on a 1080p monitor. I was able to switch between devices and experience no problems reconnecting to the remote machine (unlike other KVM Extenders I've tried).HDMI 2: HDMI to VGA cable with audio connecting to a 1080p monitor. Video and sounds works great!USB1: Connects to KVM USB switch for remote keyboard/mouse operation. Zero Lag! Huge win!USB2: Connects to an iPhone for software development. My Mac & Xcode connected with no problems. No loss of connection for debugging code, etc.USB3: 2nd mouse.USB4: I tried both a Logitech webcam (audio/video) and a HyperX Solocast microphone and both worked without problems. The microphone's better sound quality persisted. I have yet to test using USB3 to connect to the microphone and the USB4 to the webcam (video only) and verify I can use both devices in a virtual meeting.I've used this setup for about 4 hours now. Everything worked - No lag. No issues reconnecting. No video flashing or loss of quality (that I can tell). I maxed out what this product says it could do and it performed.

Direct connect only
This device actually works quite well. No noticeable lag and very good video quality. What it doesn’t support, however, is connecting through a switch, even a PoE one despite what the description says. It must be connected point to point, transmitter to receiver.

No Problems - Just Plugged In The Cables - Everything Worked
Wasn't sure how reliable this option would be ..... but pleasantly surprised. Customer wanted to view live cams in a side office for night-staff, but the dvr was on a different floor in an equipment closet. Wanted to avoid a PC with additional software or browser configurations (meaning more potential complications). I was worried that mouse *and* video over one ethernet cable would be buggy....but everything was just plug and go.- - NOTEABLE FEATURES: Two (2) usb ports (flash drive and even wireless KB-Mouse combo are supposed to work fine) / Only 1 power connection needed (can be at either end) / And (of course) ....the best part is you only need to run 1 standard ethernet cable.- - - So far, this has literally been a straight-forward KVM"U" switch (a bonus available usb port to boot) that was simply plug-n-play but 100+ feet away from the box. For best video quality, use a CAT6 cable.

Good product
Good product. I thought the sending unit was missing a power supply but only the receiving end needs the power input. I only tested once after setting up but appears to work well.

Good Product, excellence price for the capability.
Product preforms as expected and advertised. Easy setup and provided the solution needed. Be careful of similar products that only minor the screens instead of providing the extended screen feature. I have installed two of these for rack/locked PC hardware in one location with Keyboard, Mouse and Screens in a different location. I am sure I will buy more.

90% there
Works as advertised mostly. The only thing I can complain about is the compression when the screens have alot of text but it id definitely better than the alternatives. Will buy again

Edit: USB didn't work, now does
HDMI worked fine, but I couldn't get any USB device to work with it. Tried contacting the seller on their website with no response. Returning this product.Edit: After trial and error, I found the problem to be using shielded cabling, rather than UTP. I didn't originally see this specified, nor in the manual, but I now see a note under technical details, but UTP was mispelled TUP. Also eventually managed to feedback from the seller.Works great now, a short delay between starting audio and getting sound to start playing. No delay on graphics.

Good, but "Visually lossless video quality" seems innacurate
Works amazing, I can run two screens and all my USB devices at 100+ feet exactly as advertised. Except I can see very distinct image defects. Easiest to see around static text/icons against a solid color background. Its not unusable quality but its visually jarring when I have a monitor right next to it displaying at perfect quality. When I contacted support to see if this was expected behavior I got something like "must be the display chip, nothing we can do for you, we will let our chip supplier know of the issue."I suspect it just has lossy compression and they hope most people don't notice. In the screenshot the top is the quality via this KVM, bottom is normal cable. It obviously doesn't show up in screenshots and is hard to see in photos so the left has increased contrast to show the artifacts around the icons.
