They really work!
Bought these to help with poor sleep and leg cramps. Works really well, sleeping much better and leg cramps dramatically reduced. Also easy to swallow tablets. Will definitely continue to purchase.

Yes, they completely stopped my leg cramps, however, I cut down the dosage to 1/2 a tablet every 2 days due to the side effects of stomach cramps and digestive issues, otherwise they work great.

Magnesium supplements
I have been talking magnesium supplements for over month so I'm not sure if it had an effect on me yet but they small in size and easy to swallow.

Easy to take after a few days they started to work for me not entirely stopped cramp but made it less but not been taking for very.long but better than other medication tried. Happy with product.

Have to admit these are fantastic for restless leg. Made a huge difference for the first night of taking them after crying for a week with my legs. Definitely recommend these
