I am really impressed with this pillow. As a side and backsleeper. I’ve gone through quite a few pillows over the years, and this one is a stand out. What I love most is that it conforms exactly to the shape I like, and it stays that way. If I ever want to refluff it, it easily bounces back to its original form without losing support.It also comes with a small bag of extra shredded memory foam, which I really appreciate. I prefer my pillows on the flatter side, so I actually removed a bit of the filling for more customizable feel. But if you like something firmer , you can just add more in. That flexibility makes it perfect for different sleeping preferences.Overall, it’s a great value, keeps me cool throughout the night, and offers the kind of support and adaptability I’ve been looking for.

This pillow is just what I have been looking for! It is nice and soft and adjustable depending upon the amount of foam you put inside it. It comes with an additional bag of foam. The foam is in small pieces and seems of good quality. Not like the previous pillow I purchased from another company that was filled with subpar scrap foam. I also like that it has a cooling side and a bamboo side. I like both sides. They're different.

This is an awesome pillow. I have struggled to find a decent one that is cooling, supportive, but not too firm. This one is great because you take take out the filling if it’s too much. I took out a couple of hand fulls and it’s perfect. Less expensive than similar brands and super comfortable.

I have been using this pillow now for 4 days! I have bad neck problems and since I’ve been using it no pain when I wake up. My sleep quality has honestly improved. The quality is perfect! Very supportive and shapes to you so no flatness. I love that you can add more memory foam which is provided if needed! Has two covers so easy to take off outer cover to clean! The value is perfect! Even ordered a second one for hubby because he has a breathing issue which causes him to wake many time to breath through nose or even have to sleep sitting up. Since I got him this he has improved because it gives him the proper elevation to sleep comfortably and his nose not close up. It’s a win for the family

Bought this pill maybe 6 months ago, overall it's a good pillow it's soft and comfortable to lay on. It got flat pretty quickly so I did stuff it with the extra foam that came with the pillow but that's just my personal preference. The only thing that frustrates me about this pillow is it is NOT cold at all at least for me and when it is cool the second before you lay on it that all goes away the second you lay your head to rest. I kept the pillow even though I was a bit upset but personally I would not buy it again.

Comes stuffed to a point where it is already very firm so didn't need any of the extra filler. I am fairly big person that side sleeps so I wanted good support and this provides that. The foam has some give so the head forms a groove, but not too deep. Cool to start, but like allow pillows will warm up eventually unless they are actively cooled in some way.

Love this memory foam pillow! Has a bamboo side to keep warmth and the other side is a cooling side. I tried both and as a hot sleeper, prefer the cooling side. Pillow comes with an extra packet of foam pieces that you can add to make the pillow extra firm. I added all of it to the pillow (easily accessible by zippers) as I’m a side sleeper. However after a month, I pulled out some of the extra foam as I found it to too firm. Stored extra in a ziplock gallon bag so I can add it later if needed.The pillow comes with an inner case with a zipper. Then the pillow is inside a second zippered case that is more heavy duty. Both zipper pulls tuck nicely into the corners so no issues with the pulls. The sides are marked so it’s easy to tell which is the bamboo side and which is the cooling side.Even after removing some of the extra foam I originally added, I still find the pillow very comfortable and supporting of my head and neck.
