This Spanish Fig Almond cake is the real thing. 85% of its content are whole premium Pajarero figs that are destemmed by hand and then the Marcona almonds are added. This is a genuine Fig Almond cake; it does not contain pureed stems or unnecessary bread. From the Valencia region these small 8.8-oz cakes pair greatly with Spanish and other cheeses, try it with Valdeon, or simply with Mascarpone or just plain, just from the palm of your hand. Delicious!

sort of bland. whole figs.

Not consistent texture, but really good.
One is nice and soft, and the next is hard, both are good but I would prefer all to be consistently soft.
