Looks and works great. Wouldn't recommend unless you are doing a complete Reno because you have to install their shower valve. Luckily we were and was easy to install with the walls opened up.

Have had this for about two years now. No issues at all. Buttons don’t stick, doesn’t leak, easy to clean. Great product for significantly less than some of the name brands.

This is an honest unbiased review. I needed some assistance from the company and they immediately responded to my inquiry. They went beyond assisting me with the shower system. I have the matte black 6 jet wall mount system. The shower was well packed and appears to be very high quality. The jets are a nice size with rounded edges, the 12” shower head is thin and compact. The valve looks like it’s also made well in a plastic housing. The faceplate is in Celsius NOT Fahrenheit. A minor concern is the 3 buttons, jet, shower head and handheld need better gaskets around the faceplate. The faceplate around the buttons is loose and water can get behind the faceplate. I spoke to the company and they are shipping additional gaskets, I’m confident this should resolve the loose faceplate. Overall, this is a beautiful well made shower system with GREAT customer support. If you are in the market for a bathroom shower system and don’t want to spend $2,000 on a Delta or Kohler I would highly recommend this company. My contractor looked at the shower system and commented on the great quality (other than our concern with the faceplate) I'm looking forward to my contractor installing the shower system. We installed the gaskets around the 3 buttons on the diverter and appears to keep the water out

UPDATE: you can read about the problems we initially had with the product below. I am happy to say that the company contacted me directly and fixed the problem. The rain shower works great now. I would highly recommend the product! Great customer service too.We had the shower heads professionally installed during a bath remodel. The rain shower head works as it is supposed to. The hand wand doesn’t shut off like it should the button works to shut it off if you stand there and hold it.

The buttons when switching mods are crisp. Body jets for when you're shampooing, kick on rainfall to rinse off. Water pressure is fine when all 3 are on, but you do notice the difference. I will be buying this for the next bathroom I renno

Solid metal, looks good, good weight, good water flow. Will update after a few months of use. One issue is that the face plate does not screw in place and relies fully on silicone. So, you have to have a good installer or feel really confident in your own ability to put down a clean watertight seal

Our installer set the shower head too low. Bostinger sent me an extension piece to fix the issue at no cost. Great customer service that definitely exceeded my expectations. The shower kit itself seems to be built very well and functions great so far. I'm very glad I didn't go with a cheaper model.
