I was able to use the product straight out of the box. It probably had a half-charge or less.I was pleasantly surprised with the first test. There are two massage modes which last ten minutes: one is more firm and the other a bit lighter. You can also adjust between low intensity and high intensity I believe. There are straps which allow you to focus the massage point to wherever you're feeling tightness.I recommend this item for anybody experiencing neck and shoulder pain for it's effectiveness and affordability. I think it can also be used for the lower back area. It would make a great gift too!

After I received this machine my daughter used it very often and she said she enjoyed using it.

Purchased to use after surgery that required me to restrict my activity during recovery. I had flow-tech during my hospital stay so wanted something similar for home. These have done the trick nicely.I am 1.65m tall and they are quite big so probably not suitable for someone much shorter.

The media could not be loaded. Worked fine out of the box and then after 2 months of not using it it just stopped working, now it won’t even switch on after a long charge. Terrible quality, don’t buy this and save yourself some money.

I bought a different type of massager before as I suffer from constant headache, neck & shoulder pain but I didn’t like it because it vibrates. And I remembered that I bought one similar to this many years ago for my mum & they all liked it so I said I would get one & was sure it would be good. My son was very happy with & when I used it I felt very relaxed & wanted to sleep. I highly recommend it.

I ordered and received a Shiatsu Neck Massager, I was swayed by the excellent reviews but on re-reading them it appear that the reviews relate to a totally different product! The quality of the massager is okay, the electric cord is short and I could feel no differentiation in heat when increasing it or the speed. The whole thing is cumbersome and not comfortable to use. I returned it for a refund.
