Took a whole bottle
In attempts to get dark colors it took the entire bottle and had to mix multiple to get medium colors. Could not achieve dark colors with these dyes.

Vibrant colors, small bottles, colors on bottles inaccurate
These are vibrant, concentrated colors. I didn’t have any baking projects or batches of play doh I needed to whip up, so I tested these out by adding them to some flour and water I mixed together. I tested several, and found that the colors indicated on the bottles were not a match for the colors that the food coloring produced. The stickers on the bottles appear more natural and the actual dyes are more artificial-looking. My advice is to test out some colors and combinations before you add them to your final product if you need your colors to be precise or predictable. (The ones I tested were the purple, rose, red, sunset red, teal, black, and fruit green.)

Good but not too intense
This comes with nice variety of colors, the taste after isn’t delicious but still good. The colors aren’t super intense so if you want to have a good bright intense color you will ending adding too much colorant. The bottles are practical

Takes a lot to achieve colors
This set is very small. The variety of colors is great! I use it to make play dough. It takes more than I’d like considering, the bottles are so incredibly tiny. Each 1/4 cup of dough I added 4 drops to. See pictures to see three colors. The colors are very nice and accurate to their description. Recommend, just expect small bottles

Vibrant colors
I got this to color my grandson's birthday cake. The colors are vibrant & the food coloring is tasteless.

Great set
This is a super affordable set for someone that wants to experiment with food coloring in baked good or maybe even in arts and crafts. The bottles are small and I found that I had to use quite a bit to get a very dark color pay off, but over all they are good.

Hard to make darker colors
I used this in the icing for my daughter's birthday cupcakes. I did not notice any difference in the normal flavor, so the half bottle I used did not have any effect on the taste. I did not like the color I ended up with using the Citron purple, it was too light after using half the bottle so I put several drops of the grape violet in to achieve a decent color. Definitely not the color I was going for but I didn't want to risk the icing texture by adding more coloring. I haven't tried all the colors yet, but from my experience with the two pures, I feel these will be better for pastel color icings.

Leave a slight chemical taste
I used these to make Halloween cupcakes with my AFC home fellas (which is why I don’t have pictures, hipaa and all that), they work pretty good if you need lighter or pastel colors. To achieve a rich, vibrant shade you will need more drops that recommended. This could be why the hint of chemicals in my throat was a thing I had to deal with. We used 5 drops to get the black to a more than just “dark gray” shade. The purple needed 4 and the orange did as well. But they looked really nice when we were all finished, and since these mix in frosting, which sits on cake, which is delicious, the chemical taste was sort of negligible.
