APHOGEE Curlific Texture Treatment, 8 Fl Oz

I used this once on my texlaxed hair and it worked so well. I've never had my hair feel so silky smooth. It was like I had natural Caucasian type hair. I wasn't expecting or even really trying to achieve that result, but I was really happy it. I only used it that one time, and for me the result seemed to stay. I didn't feel like I wanted to do a treatment every week or even every month because my hair is usually protein sensitive. I may do once or twice a year, or possibly a week after touch-up relaxers only. I recommend. I read that you should still do a protein-free leave-in conditioner following this treatment, and I do, but I really question if it's necessary. My hair feels so good after using this product. I almost feel like my result would be just a touch better if I didn't put my leave-in after, but I do it to make sure the moisture seals.

I'm a big fan of aphogee products because they are good and inexpensive. So, I decided to try these one out because lately I have not time to go to the salon or just do my hair at home, so Im more now I washed it and let it be. My hair is prom to frizz and always needs to be in some mask so it will hidrate. I decided to buy this one as "let in the hair " product after I washed and my hair didn't frizz and give me some amazing curls and it stay hidrated. I will be definitely buying again. Perfect for any time. Even for those beaches and sunny days

I am a person whos been dying their hair since 7th grade and I am a college freshman at the moment. But In 7th grade I relaxed my hair anddyed it for the first time ever amd Ive straightened it evrryday from 7th all the way to 8th grade. Finally all of high school I started to leave my hair naturally curly and I did occasionally straighten and curled it once a month. I ddi still continue to dye it constantly though. Senior year In high school I Ombred my hair and the summer before college I wated to go all white but the bleaching fried my hair and ade it super gummy and I had to cutt off 7" of hair so now my hair is shoulder length and I lost my curls completely but with this product after ONE use I started to gain my curl pattern back. The only thing I didn't like about this product as the texture it felt kind of dried out rather than creamy idk if thats how its supposed to feel or what? But it did get my curls back and the elastixity and I am happy about that. I would bu this if you have natural curls that have been over processed and lost its form.

I COMPLETELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT YALL! I recently got my hair sooo damaged at a hair salon from in fact bleach. My hair texture is probably 3a-3b. My hair was so brittle & dry it would literally eat any conditioner so my hair would still be dry after i deep conditioned. Anyways i used the aphogee shampoo & i let my hair dry. Immediately after just using the shampoo my hair felt waaayy different it was so soft w JUST SHAMPOO! I just got finished doing the 2 step protein treatment & when i say IT WORKS! My hair is moisturizer & my curls are already coming bk after just 1 treatment. I will be doing this once every week & hopefully by the 5th time my curls should be completely back!

I have used this product for over a year. My hair was badly damaged by a perm and this project made my hair soft and it shines again. I am a white woman. I wanted to mention this because I have never tried a product that is advertised for hair that is very different from mine. I am so glad I tried it. I use it as a deep conditioner once or twice a week. I love the scent. I can smell it on my hair all day.

While understanding a product may not be for all type of hair, I just can't imagine how anyone can give this product a bad review. My personal experience was 👌🏾, it's a holly grail. I applied it and used an at home hair steamer. If you occurred some or extreme damage as a result of chemical manipulation, look not further to restore your curls and moisture. I noticed immediate change. I will continue to use it and spread the word. Holly grail at an affordable price.

I usually will not write a review on a product. I am transitioning from straight hair to natural curly hair and Apogee Curlific is great for my hair. After the first use my hair was so soft. I two string twisted my hair and rolled it up on flex rods and the curls last two weeks. The moisture and scent is great. I would recommend this product for anyone to try. I am loving my hair.

**UPDATE 9/14/19** I totally forgot about this and forgot to update. I couldn’t finish it, I didn’t realize it was a protein treatment, this is my mistake. Do not use this product unless you know your curls need protein. If you want a moisturizing deep confectioner, I would recommend using Wella Invigo Nutri-Rich it comes in a orange tub. It smells great and is really moisturizing. Original review from 2017-I use DevaCurls One Condition and love it, but I wanted a deep conditioner to follow up with use every week. So I figured I'd give this a shot. I wish I listened to the other reviews about the smell. It's pretty freakin' strong...the best way I can describe the smell is like cheap-o car air freshener. For any one from NYC, think of any no label black cab you took to get around (before Uber). The conditioner smells just like that, crazy specific I know, but that's what it reminded me of. The good thing is that once rinsed out really well, it doesn't linger at all. As for the efficacy, my hair didn't take too well. My hair was frizzier than normal. I'm going to give it another shot and if there are any positive changes, I'll update.
