Great product. Definitely helps increase milk supply.
I used this product to increase milk supply. This stuff definitely works. I was using this along with Let There Be Milk drops. I have run out of the drops but I still take this stuff everyday. Noticed an 8-10oz increase within 2-3 days of using. It does taste nasty but I mix a small amount into my oatmeal everyday and it’s tolerable. I also use it in lactation cookies and homemade granola and I can’t even taste it. I wouldn’t recommend adding more than 3-4 tablespoons into the cookies unless you have enough ingredients to cover the taste. I have mixed it into peanut butter as well which I think may be the best way to consume it. From what I have read this is one of the better tasting brewers yeast products available, the others are very very bitter. Using my husbands account to leave review.

An Excellent Product For Dogs and Cats
I have given my dogs Brewers Yeast for decades and maybe that's why they all live long lives. This is the best tasting I've found.

Increase milk supply quickly!
I bought this because I have only been able to pump enough to supply my 6 month old while I’m away at work- on the verge of running out almost daily, frustrated with myself for not being able to keep up. I’m not against giving him formula, but want to give him the absolute best source of nutrition, tailored to him. Within 24 hours, I’ve already seen an increase over just 2 pumping sessions. Before, I would pump 3-4 ounces while at work, this morning I pumped 5. I got home 4 hours later and pumped 7 ounces! I’m so happy and have relieved anxiety about running low. The only con I’ve found so far, as many others, is the taste. This is disgusting. 🤢 I took one tablespoon mixed with a shot of orange juice and chased it with more juice, bearable, but not enjoyable. I’m currently making lactation bites with oats and peanut butter, flax and chia seed. Hopefully that will cover the taste. Despite that, I’ll continue to use this product so I can build my freezer stash.

Good product!
This product has really helped me as an exclusively breastfeeding mom to boost my milk supply, given I take the recommended dose of two Tbsp daily. It does taste kind of strange, and the flavor is pretty strong, so I add about a cup of water, and four to six Tbsp whey protein powder, which is also said to help boost milk supply, and blend well so there are no dry chunks. I've also added cinnamon for flavor. It makes for a plain but effective milkshake.

Only thing that worked for me!
Struggled for a while with breastfeeding and milk supply. I did a ton of research to help increase my supply and so found myself trying multiple products as a result of my findings. I tried several different recipes and products that contained ingredients such as oats, ground flaxseed, brewer's yeast, fenugreek, and fennel. I found that consistently the recipes that used brewer's yeast (either alone or in combination with others) did make a noticeable difference while recipes that used any combination of the others without the brewer's yeast, there wasn't as really noticeable difference. Additionally, cost comparison between the other products, you definitely get more for your money with this product. Canister is easy to open, scoop out what you need without mess, and reseal. (as opposed to the flaxseed I bought from the store, came in a bag that doesn't reseal and hard to get a level scoop out of). Obviously those other foods and ingredients work for some people or they wouldn't be so frequently recommended/studied so if they work for you, great. But if not, I definitely recommend trying this product or adding it to your arsenal if you still need an extra boost! Edit: I have been using this in a brownie mix because it is so delicious. Several friends of mine who are also breastfeeding have had increased production as well and they all want the recipe. Thought I would include it here too since it is so easy. Brownie Mix with ingredients specified on the box. 4 TBSP Brewer's yeast 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed 1 TBSP water extra I mix the water, oil, egg, yeast and flaxseed together. The brewer's yeast tends to work better when first mixed with warm water. Then I add the brownie mix and bake according to directions. That's it! Yummy lactation brownies that my husband won't touch so all for me!

I have TONS of breastmilk now
I really struggle with milk supply, so I switched to being a almost exclusive pumper for my baby and have drank a smoothie with about a tablespoon of this brewers yeast in it every day. I have three going on four very large tubs of frozen breastmilk after only a month of drinking this smoothie. And that’s just on top of the milk I’m able to feed my baby throughout the day. My milk quality is also really great, very fatty and filling. My one recommendation would be to make your smoothie very flavorful to counteract the taste—brewer’s yeast is bitter. But with cocoa powder, peanut butter, protein powder, banana etc. I can overpower the bitter taste with ease. It also works great in baking 👍 Again, just make sure you have enough to overpower the bitter taste. Would strongly recommend to mama’s afraid of losing their supply. ❤️

Product has expiry date remaining less than 6 months though the brewers yeast seems to be good.
