Does a great job drill into masonry , it did quit a few times without knowing why, it just stopped drilling then started again . IT was no big thing it recovered and continued on, seems to be very powerful , battery lasts a long time. battery charges quickly without issue. Love the size not to big not to small .

Very strong performance and great battery life. Handles tough jobs easily and feels solid and well balanced. Excellent quality, exactly what you expect from DEWALT.

I am sure the drill is great. Much heavier and torque than my one of over 19 years that I love. I needed the upgrade for the hammer drill for framing a couple of medium size rooms into concrete. What annoyed me, I got it for Xmas from the family (I chose it) but it came with no box or manual. Do I really need these things, no, probably not. It does suggest that this was a returned item. Also fine, it appears unused, no blemishes at all, but I paid for a new unit. Might return it, just to make sure I get what I paid for. Really hate when Amazon tries to pawn off returned items as new, without the proper packaging.

Bought to replace an older XR model that developed a chuck problem. This drill seems well built and has performed well so far.

Works like a champ. Many improvements over an older version I did in. Quite pleased with this little tool. It is a hoss and will drill a hole in brick lickity split.

Great drill, very powerful

A replacement for my previous conventional DeWalt drill (which is still alive, albeit showing signs of its age,12 years later). This version is a hammerdrill. This is a work tool & so far it has performed admirably. Way faster & quite a bit more powerful than its ancestor. I'm holding out on that 5th star until I see how long lived it is (I wouldn't recommend holding your breath). I received the drill within a few days...good service, good price from this provider. Get you one.

This thing is awesome for the price. The anti-rotation feature is great and definitely worth the upgrade. Would definitely buy again.

La verdad, para los pequeños trabajos que hago es una gran herramienta. Sólo de verlo te enamoras, gran poder, ergonomía, peso, calidad. La luz que tiene es de gran ayuda. Por 2k de precio ¡Inmejorable! Espero que me dure muchos años funcionando bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Ah! Me enviaron una maleta Dewalt de regalo que no incluía en la descripción, gracias. Cabe perfectamente el taladro, el cargador y dos baterías power stack.
