Over a few nights I removed fill until I got the pillow just right--the most custom, made-to-order pillow possible. I saved most of the fill I removed should I need to add some later. When the time comes, will definitely order again.

I bought these to replace some DreamRites I had for a few years. The DreamRites had just started to fall apart, and the foam turned a super gross color.These new ones from BEDSURE are great. The cooling foam feels awesome when sleeping and they fluff very nicely. The case they come is better build and the zipper is not just a sharp piece of metal like the DreamRites. Very well made. I love that it is not just chopped up foam, but "feathered" foam too. Just makes it feel so much less "gappy" and grainy than the DreamRites.Only time will tell how the foam holds up (especially the "feathered" foam) but right now they are superb!

This was a gift for my child. We did follow the instructions to let it breathe so the pillow can fluff up. A better and quicker way is to get a clean tennis ball and throw it in the dryer with the pillow. In no time you'll be able to see how well you like the product.I prefer a little more sturdiness but my daughter likes it. We played around with add and subtracting the extra filling to get the feel she wanted. She's happy - so I'm happy!

This is my first foam pillow and I took advantage to add the extra filling provided with the base and am glad I did as it has allowed my neck to get some much needed support. The ability to adjust the support by adding or removing filling is a definite plus.

This is a great pillow! I love that it can be adjusted. It did take a few nights to get used to, but well worth it.

I have tried every pillow under the sun, from cheap to super expensive, from extra soft to extra firm, and I've been disappointed in every single one - until now. I'm a side sleeper, and this pillow provides the perfect fit for my shoulder, neck, and head. I've been using it for two weeks, and my sleep tracker can attest to the better sleep I've been getting!I also never write reviews, so this is really saying something!

I previously wrote a bad review of this. I was angry that the pillow didn't come with enough foam and wasn't firm enough or large enough. Well, I'm dumb and was TOTALLY WRONG. It literally just took like.... 3 or 4 hours for the foam to expand after being vacuum sealed. This should have been common sense, again, I was being dumb. Now it's full, large and firm. It works exactly as advertised. The more I've used it the more I've loved it. It's a great pillow. I can tell it's going to last a long time also. I hope my bad review didn't scare anyone off. This is awesome and perfect for me. 10/10 5/5 100% etc.

This pillow reminds me of the pillow I used at a higher end hotel. It is comfortable but does not stay cool all night. Glad to have extra foam to put in which I may do. I am a side sleeper and need good support. Helps me stay comfortable all night.
