Justifies price. Light weight, sturdy, good quality and reasonably priced. Prefer it over any Indian brands.

Telescopic handle not working
Being a senior citizen,i purchased this suitcase so that I can have a trouble free trip. The telescopic handle got stuck on day two itself of my trip abroad. Soduring the whole remaining trip I had to uncomfortably drag my suitcase everywher. Not happy after spending so much money! I'm asking for full refund or replacement

Product is not sturdy will get compromised easily
The fabric is not sturdy as you would expect from Delsey. I have used Delsey luggage in past as they are very durable. This product although spacious is not built to last. One side note the seller says product Origin is France but the product I got was Made in China.Returning the product to Amazon in original box.

The bag is not durable at all. The threads are coming off after one trip
The threads are coming off already in one short trip. Not durable at all.

Very bad stitching. First time
Very poor quality. Bought in diwali sale. This is the condition after first time travel with this suitcase. Not realible.

Nice piece
Delsey caracas check in suitcase is very nice. Easy to carry, light weight. Value for money. It is better than the available product. First time I am using the same but I find it very comfortable. Value for money.
