This is actually the second one of these that I bought. I wound up giving the first to my husband when he was on a long trip. So glad I had this one when the A/C went out! It's a life-saver. Charges fast, runs all day.

The motor is strong with controlled speed. It helps keep the area above the neck cool. Unfortunately in humid climates this unit maybe slightly uncomfortable around the neck.

Has 3 speeds, it's rechargeable, the neck bends so it's not stiff to a solid shape. Lightweight. Great for all the hot weather

After reading all of the reviews and watching user videos, I made the purchase hoping it would really help me in the Florida heat and humidity. Pros: The unit was comfortable and charged upon receipt, started right up and the 3 levels of the fan gave good options and even the highest level wasn't obnoxiously loud. It was comfortable around the neck and wasn't heavy. I simultaneously purchased another model as I couldn't choose between the two. Both definitely had a "cooling effect" but only while trying it inside an airconditioned home. Cons: Compared with the other model by another seller, this one wasn't as comfortable, the fan was a bit louder and the price point for this one was about $10 cheaper. The plastic of this one was a bit stiffer than the other model which was softer and more pliable, so a little more comfortable. Out of the 2 I tried, the other model would have been my personal preference over this one). The REAL test and purpose for me though, was how it would perform outdoors. Stepping outside to test the fan proved, sadly, that it was not going to be a keeper for me. It did not have any cooling effect at all, despite what some reviewers led me to believe. It simply directed all that hot, humid Florida air towards my face and neck. I still gave it a mid-level, 3-star rating though because I think, depending on the application - there could be times this might really work for someone (ie if you intend on using while working out at the gym, or for women with hot flashes that would use it either in cooler outdoor weather, or in air conditioning for that extra boost of cool).

An inexpensive way to keep cool. The fan is whisper quiet but when you wear it you, and no one else, get to hear soothing white noise.

My job working in a bakery can get quite hot. This product is fantastic. I even have to take it off from time to time as I start to get chilly. With 3 settings, I can only imagine how great this will feel outdoors. Warning: don't wear it inside of a walk-in freezer. brr

This neck fan has a better breeze and lighter weight than most on the market. It charges quickly and the charge holds for the entire work day. The down side is that the side without the power button stops working. This happened to two of them. They are flexible where they hang on the neck, and aside from adjusting it to wear it, they were handled with care. I truly wish they were made to last. I have switched to a different brand.

not useful at all. The direction of air throw is very poorly designed. It will not throw air on your face. The air is thrown away from the face when hanged in neck.So their is no point in buying this product.

Bought this on the 12th of February and got it the next day. One side burnt out on the 15th of March and the place I bought it from refused to give me a refund. Not happy Jan. 😒

Charges relatively quickly. Only comes with a USB C cable so you need to find your own charger. The air from the fan is really only useful at the highest setting - so the effective battery life is about 2 hours. This was my first portable neck fan due to the surging heat wave and it has been helpful as the temperature here only goes up like housing prices. It is also lightweight. After using for a few weeks, something came loose in it so I can hear rattling if I shake it. I have since went on to buy another neck fan with longer battery life, about 3x the battery life of this one so I can just use it without having to ration the battery before it runs flat.
