Bought these and they have come looking like they have been worn I am not happy

Look amazing
I love these shoes!!! They look amazing and I expected them to be tight as although my feet are relatively small (UK 4) I have found some shoes can be that way. I was amazed that they were loose enough for me to use the heel grips sent with them. I will definitely be buying more.

What an amazing pair of shoes. The design is exquisite and they look stunning on. The shoes were delivered next day with no issues. (Would love to have in red but not an option) One of my best purchases!

Poor quality
Waste of money I’m afraid. They look cheap and nasty and are poorly constructed, with dents and scratches where the heels are attached. Very deep fitting and too short in the footbed, no idea how they calculated the sizing. Returning immediately. Not only do I not want to wear them because they look tacky, I’d be afraid to wear them out because I think they will fall apart.
