Didn't expect much for just over a tenner but this is a phenomenonally well made piece of kit.Doesn't feel anything like aluminium - alloy or otherwise - It has the weight and sharpness of edge of anodised steel... although the tensioning knobs probably do have an aluminium basis.Tensioning knobs are recessed and have minute washers underneath to limit scoring on the laser etched scaled armatures.Can't believe how hefty and well made this fairly large but compactable multi angle rule is.
