Amazing headset
Sounds amazing and fits surprisingly well. They fit on-ear for me. They have touch controls which I was pleasantly surprised about from reading the instruction manual. Only bad thing is for Xbox I need to hook it up to my Xbox controller and use the cord as a mic instead of using the mic it comes with. But with my PC the Bluetooth works amazing. Good range, so I can be in my kitchen and the signal won't break at all. And you can turn the RGB off to help the battery last longer though the battery has never died on me.

They just don’t work, and that’s unfortunate
These headphones have a great looking design (in an industry that seems to design gaming headsets exclusively for 14 year old boys), they’re light, great sound. BUT they don’t work. Here’s why: 1. They tried to do this clever touch sensing mechanism to up/down volume which was extremely frustrating at first and after a dozen attempts I finally got (somewhat) used to it but not easy to use at all still, good design idea bad execution, (not to mention I had to search how to up the volume, that should never be the case) 2. The headphone I found out has a common problem of disconnecting frequently from its dongle and reconnecting. When it does this, it resets all its settings (including volume) that you just painstakingly touch sensed to, 3. To solve this last problem I downloaded its firmware update to it (which took about 15 minutes), now (lol) it won’t up the volume at all and stays at the lowest volume. Many of these issues are well reported online, do you research and buy something else. Good luck next time Alienware, love the headphones but you need to execute correctly.

Buy it once, buy it right.
Best gaming headphones ever, it changes completely the way you enjoy video games. I can hear with absolute clarity every detail. Also I use it to stream YouTube, great quality of sound, music, documentaries, news. I don’t need to look for another pc headphones, this is it, if it breaks I’ll buy it again.

Not as comfy as the 720 but still..
Picked this up after the mic on the AW720 quit, while it isn’t nearly comfy as the 720 it still is comfortable. Good for my large head. Sound quality is great. A bit more bass than the 720, I do wish they had standard controls instead of touch controls. But it’s not a dealbreaker. It’s a decent headset and worth the extra $20 over the 720. Only gave it 4 stars due to its comfort.

Excellent Headset for Gaming and Movies
The are some poor reviews so I was skeptical, but went ahead and picked them. I’m glad I did. I have a big head and they fit great and are comfortable. The sounds, especially Dolby atmos, is excellent. Haven’t had a single issue with Bluetooth or the built in usb for pc. You can customize the Alien logo lights on the side as well which is a nice touch. The ONLY gripe I could have is there is a sensor in the headphones itself that can sometimes touch your ear. Just need to position it correctly and it’s a non issue.

Disappointed
I have an Alienware PC, so I bought these to go along with it. Sadly, these headphones disappointed for their cost. Their weight on my head was oppressive! Felt more like a motorcycle helmet. Not to mention the pressure on my ears. Sound quality and noise cancellation were decent, but that is not enough to override the discomfort. I ended up getting a more lightweight headphone made by Poly, that is much more comfortable, with sound and noise cancellation just as good.

Great audio quality, comfort and materials... terrible microphone
I purchased this to replace my HyperX Cloud II Wireless. For context, my primary use was for work to take zoom/teams calls and occasionally watch youtube and listen to music. The AW920H itself feels like premium materials/construction. The fitment is entirely subjective, so take this with a grain of salt. I actually really like how snug it is on my head. I didn't experience any of the tightness that anyone else described in their reviews. The headsets leather padding is nice and cool to the touch and my ears never felt hot. The audio quality of the AW920H is excellent. I actually think this headset sounds better than my HyperX. I've used this headset for zoom meetings, watching youtube videos and listening to music on my phone. I really had no issues at all and was quite impressed. I found the touch controls to be responsive and easy to use. I didn't have any issues with the touch controls that others have described. Now, I do have one major issue with this headset, which is why I'm going to be returning it. The microphone, when compared to my HyperX, is absolute garbage. Other people on my zoom meetings had a hard time hearing me, as the mic volume is so low even with the gain turned up. It's not just the volume that's the issue, it's also the mic clarity. My HyperX is crystal clear. People would always ask me what headset I was using because it's just THAT good. The AW920H just falls short. It's average mic quality is an oversight considering how much people pay for it. At $199 MSRP, the microphone should be on par with (or exceed) the HyperX. I really wanted to like this headset, but because my primary purpose was to find something as a daily driver for zoom calls, the microphone quality was a deal breaker. Hopefully Dell sees this review and doesn't cheap out on their next iteration.

LOVE
Idk about the headset battery life lasting as long as they claim. Maybe it’s just the one I got. However these are quality and performance is great! I have no regrets. Love them and use them for gaming! The ear piece is soft and headset doesn’t hurt my ears or head.
